First, gather your supplies.
1. Mossy Meadow cardstock cut 5 1/2 by 7 1/2", scored at 4 1/4" and folded along the score line.
2. Rustic Harvest DSP--the front panel cut 3 by 5 1/4" and the Crushed Curry piece 1 by 5 1/4"
3. Basic White cardstock cut 3 by 5 1/4" for the inside and a 1" scrap for the sentiment
4. Stamp Set--Hello Harvest (#159634, or #159644 for the bundle)
5. Dies-- Stylish Shapes (#159183)
6. Ribbon--Frayed Ribbon (#158138)
7. Leaf Label & Amber Gem Combo Pack (#159969) or Brush Brass Butterflies ((#158136,see below)
8. Ink--Mossy Meadow and Cajun Craze
9. Blends--Dark Cajun Craze
10. Basic supplies--bone folder, Paper Snips, adhesive (I like Multipurpose Glue), Regular Dimensionals, Die Cutting and Embossing Machine, Stampin' Seal Plus
Start by folding your card base along the score line. Attach the large piece of DSP to the front and the 1" piece of Crushed Curry to the inside right (1/4" from the right side). If you want to see how I cut the front piece of DSP please watch my Facebook Live below--and please join me every Monday at 1 pm PST on Stamp With Dr Robin on Facebook for a new card every week.
Let's stamp now. Using Mossy Meadow ink, stamp the "HELLO" on a piece of scrap paper and cut it out with the second to smallest flagged Stylish Shapes die. Using Cajun Craze ink, and the little fleur-de-li stamp in the corners of the Basic White inside piece and then attach that to the inside of the card like this:
For the front, take a 3" piece of the Frayed Ribbon and fray a bit of the ends by pulling on the string that easily comes out. Use your Dark Cajun Craze and draw lines along the ribbon as below. Attach to the card front using Stampin' Seal Plus or Tear 'N Tape. Attach the sentiment using several Dimensionals. Add 3 of the Amber Gems.
Or you can use some of the Brushed Brass Butterflies as below.
