Textures & Frames meets Biggest Wish for an easy card

Image
Textures & Frames meets Biggest Wish If you are like me, you've overlooked the Textures & Frames stamp set in the FREE Sale a Bration catalog, but I'm hoping my card today gets you to take another look. It's so fun to just grab a bunch of colors and start stamping. For this card I grabbed a stack of colors from the Regal family of colors thinking they would make some nice, fall birthday cards that I could use for those hard to make masculine cards as well as for any lovely female in my life. The big, bold sentiment is made with the Biggest Wish stamp set from the annual catalog--this stamp set is a must for your collection as it makes cardmaking so easy. It's great to use on a card atop a beautiful piece of DSP for an even quicker card.  Here's a closer look at one of the cards I made on my Facebook live attached below.  Let's get going then. First gather your supplies: 1. Basic White thick cardstock cut 8 1/2 by 5 1/2" scored at 4 1/4" on the

Whimsical Trees Pinwheel Tower Card

Image
Whimsical Trees Pinwheel Tower Card Don't you just love this card? This is a fun fold called a pinwheel tower card made with all parts of the Whimsy & Wonder Suite. I know it looks hard, but it's really easy. I love that this suite uses the non-traditional Christmas colors of Polished Pink, Blushing Bride, Mossy Meadow, Mint Macaron and Misty Moonlight. I've seen others make this card with 5 or 6 pages/sides instead of 4 and other sizes OF this card--this one folds flat and fits into a 5 by 7" envelope (I bought mine through Amazon).  To help with designing this card using other cardstock watch my video below where I discuss that, or watch Patty Bennett's YouTube video. Here's a look at the other sides of this card: First gather your supplies: 1. Mint Macaron cardstock, one piece 5 by 7" scored on the long side at 1/2", 1 1/2", 2 1/2", and 3 1/2". Then 3 pieces cut 3 1/2" by 5"  2. Whimsy and Wonder Specialty DSP (# 15632

Counting Sheep Go To Ballet Class

Image
Counting Sheep Go To Ballet Class It's Sale-a-Bration (SAB) time until September 30, 2021, and this fun card uses 5, yes 5!, FREE SAB items to make. And it is starring the adorable Counting Sheep stamp set and dies (both FREE). As the dies and the gorgeous, glittery Be Dazzling paper (also FREE) are while supplies last, you will want to order them quickly before they run out. This card came to me in the middle of the night (maybe I was truly counting sheep to get back to sleep) that the little dancing sheep needed to go to dance class. Then, of course, they needed the proper attire--tutus and ballet slippers. The tutus were made with the large daisy punch and the shoes/hats and the scalloped oval were all made with the Be Dazzling paper. But wait, you say, the Be Dazzling paper is gold and these are Polished Pink and Fresh Freesia! Well I colored the paper with my Blender Pens--the paper can be any color you want. I'll show you everything you need to know to make this card b

Sale-a-Brate with Delicate Dahlias

Sale-a-Brate with Delicate Dahlias     I don't know about you, but I like free things. And my favorite free things come from Stampin' Up during Sale-a-Bration time. And for the first time ever Stampin' Up is having a second 2 months of Sale-a-Bration (or SAB as we call it) from now through September 30, so I decided to use one of the free stamp sets on my card this week. This card features the Delicate Dahlia stamp set that is free with a $100 purchase. It's a great stamp set that features two step stamping with Distinctive stamps that give it a multi-layer look with just one stamp. Love it! If you are a visual person, you can also watch my Facebook Live below or over on my YouTube channel, which of course is also Stamp with Dr Robin. First gather your supplies: 1. Flirty Flamingo cardstock cut 8 1/2 by 5 1/2" scored at 4 1/4" on the long side and folded in half. A second piece of Flirty Flamingo cardstock cut 4 by 5 1/4" 2. Pattern Party DSP (# 155426) c
