Meet Polished Pink and Color and Contour  Welcome to a sneak peak at the new In-Colors for 2021-23 as well as a new bundle, Color and Contour that will be debuting on May 4th in the new Stampin' Up Annual Catalog. The 2021-22 Annual Catalog is packed to the brim with wonderful new products and, as demonstrators we were able to order a select few early. I have to say that the Scalloped Contours Dies that are included in this bundle are one of my favorite items in this catalog, a must have in my opinion. You can see the largest one in every In Color peaking out from behind the stamped images in each card. Let's get going making this card. First gather your supplies: 1. Whisper/Basic White card base cut 8 1/2 by 5 1/2" scored at 4 1/4" and folded 2. Whisper/Basic White 3 1/2 by 4 3/4" 3. Polished Pink cardstock 4 1/4 by 5 1/2" cut with the largest Scalloped Contours Dies 4. Color and Contour and Scalloped Contours Dies (bundle #158356) 5. Ink--Polished Pink 6.

Pansy Petals Suite from the new Stampin' Up Annual Catalog

Pansy Petals Suite Greetings from sunny and hot San Diego! We are going up to 85 degrees today and that's just too hot for April. Somehow we've skipped from spring right into summer. But that's ok, because today I am showcasing the Pansy Petals Suite from the new Stampin' Up Annual Catalog which is bright and sunny. I used to pick pansies for a bouquet for my mom, until I found they don't last long as cut flowers--much better to enjoy them in the ground! I will also be using some other new products from the 2021-22 Annual Catalog that you will love.  I love pansies and all the beautiful colors they come in and this suite makes it easy and fun to play with them. The suite includes the Pansy Patch bundle which are a set of 21 dies as well as a stamp set with 23 stamps, both to make the flowers, and some wonderful sentiments with gorgeous fonts. The suite also includes Pansy Petals Designer Series paper--the cool thing about this paper is it has big and little flowe

Saying Goodbye to Dandelion Wishes

Image
Saying Goodbye to Dandelion Wishes I always love and hate this time of  the Stampin' Up year. As demonstrators, we've gotten to pre-order from wonderful new products from the 2021-22 Annual Catalog. We have to say good-bye to some wonderful stamp sets as they retire, which always makes me a little sad. On the other hand, we get to say hello to some brand new products from Stampin' Up, which always makes me a little excited, like a kid in a candy shop kind of excited. So today I decided to mix some of the out-going products with the new ones. I will be show-casing some of the new 2021-23 In Colors as well as some new paper and ribbon.  Just remember if you join Stampin' Up now as a demonstrator, you can get your hands on these new items also and not have to wait until May 4th when everyone can order them. Just click on the "Join Now" Robin to the left. Here's a closer look at the card we are making.  Supplies you will need for these cards:        1.  Pale

Beautiful Friendship--Split Front Card

Image
Beautiful Friendship--Split Front Card It's a beautiful, sunny day in San Diego today (as are most of them) with the highs in the mid-70s so it's basically a perfect Spring day, which is why I thought to play with the Beautiful Friendship stamp set! I've made so many cards with this stamp set, and no matter what color combination you use, it's always a gorgeous card. But the sad thing about this stamp set is that it is retiring on May 3rd, so if you like it you'd better snap it up now. So grab 3 colors that go together and any of our Stampin' Up greens for the leaves and have a go at these easy cards--this will be a 2 for 1 card class. Here are the 2 cards separately. Supplies you will need for these cards:        1.  Whisper or Basic White cardstock cut 8 1/2 by 5 1/2"        2. Rich Razzleberry cardstock cut 4 1/8" by 5 3/8" X2       3. Daffodil Delight cardstock cut 8 1/2 by 5 1/2" and scored at 4 1/4"  and folded in half, X2       4
