Pick of the Patch Joy Fold Card This fun joy fold card just makes me smile. I'm loving the Pick of the Patch bundle lately for its versatility--it can make beautiful fall cards, great Thanksgiving cards, and today a Halloween card. And all from a relatively inexpensive punch bundle. Now are you wondering where the Pumpkin Pie Designer Series Paper in the background is from? It's not DSP--I made it with the Sketched Plaid background stamp. Another versatile stamp set that I'm sure will be making an appearance on some holiday cards later this year. For some hints and tips on using this large sized stamp, and making this card, please watch my Facebook Live down below. Better yet, join me every Monday at 1 pm PST on my Stamp with Dr Robin Facebook group to make another fun card.  Time to make this card! Gather your supplies: 1. Basic Black cardstock --Card base 4 1/4" by 8 1/2"" scored on the long side at  3" and folded along the score line. Second piece 3

Christmas Classics Meet Shining  Christmas Specialty DSP You are going to love, love, love this new fun fold, called a Flying Seagull--it looks hard but it is very easy to make and the recipient will be so impressed with it.  And you are going to love even more the Shining Christmas Specialty DSP I made it with. The pictures don't do justice to the DSP as all the red you see in the card is actually foil so it is shiny and reflective. The backs of this DSP isn't foiled, but some beautiful Cherry Cobbler and Mossy Meadow small prints, like the dots above. Here's a picture of the card folded up and it fits in a normal sized envelope.  And here's a picture from the top for you to see why it is called the Flying Seagull fold. I learned how to make this from Sue Campfield--she is an amazing paper crafter that I follow.  Let's make this card! 1. Cherry Cobbler cardstock -Start with your paper in a portrait mode and cut it down to 5 1/2" by 11". Then cut that pi

Apple Harvest Get Well Card   We are going to play with the Apple Harvest stamp set and the Apple Blossoms dies today. The stamp set is a beautiful one from the Annual Catalog, but the dies were an out-of-catalog promotion and can be found on the Clearance Rack now for only $14 (regularly $35). This is an amazing deal for 25 dies--some cut out the stamped images, and some, like the little Bubble Bath flowers and the leaves are stand alone dies. If you look closely at the background, you can also see I used a mask for the added dimension. I was inspired by a swap I received at my Leaders Convention in Las Vegas last weekend to make this card. See the lovely inspiration card by Sallie Fisher below. Hers was just stunning in person and I wanted to do something similar.  Let's make this card! Gather your supplies: 1. Thick Basic White cardstock --Card base 4 1/4" by 11" scored on the long side at  5 1/2" and folded along the score line. Second piece 3 7/8" by 5 1/8&
