Adorable Owls Part 2

Here are some more cards I made with the FREE Adorable Owls stamp set. This stamp set is free when you spend $50 at my Stampin' Up store during Sale A Bration until the end of February, or while supplies last. For this card I used the host Designer Series Paper Flowers and More which you can buy for only $18 using Host Rewards money. You get 48 12 by 12" sheets in this pack of paper which is quite a deal. I also used the new Alphabet a la Mode Dies as well as the Amazing Thanks dies from the Annual Catalog. Notice the "?" mark? I used the number 2 in the Alphabet a la Mode dies to make it.


For this next one, I also used the host Paper Flowers and More DSP and some Pastel Adhesive-Backed Sequins.


For this last one, I used the Delicate Desert DSP and the Iridescent Pastel Gems. The sentiment is from Something Fancy stamp set--I actually cut this stamp in half so I could use the other half on the inside.

  Floating Christmas Tree So if you make a lot of holiday cards like I do, it is time to start working on them! I know, I know, we haven't had Halloween yet, but if you want to send them out before the holiday it is time to get working. And this lovely card was inspired by someone else (sorry I just took a picture of it but there was no name on it so I can't thank you) who used her scraps to make the tree. I took it one step further and made a floating scraps tree. I've been wanting to make a card with this technique for a while and I knew this tree would look fabulous like this. And the second bonus is that I got to use up a ton of Lights Aglow scraps, even the small ones. All you need to do is cut your scraps into 1/2" pieces, attach them to a piece of window sheet and then cut out whatever shape you like.   Pick of the Patch Joy Fold Card This fun joy fold card just makes me smile. I'm loving the Pick of the Patch bundle lately for its versatility--it can make beautiful fall cards, great Thanksgiving cards, and today a Halloween card. And all from a relatively inexpensive punch bundle. Now are you wondering where the Pumpkin Pie Designer Series Paper in the background is from? It's not DSP--I made it with the Sketched Plaid background stamp. Another versatile stamp set that I'm sure will be making an appearance on some holiday cards later this year. Playing with Thoughtful Journey DSP Hopefully you have received your new 2024-25 Annual Catalog by now--if not please email me at stampwithdrrobin@gmail.com and let me send you one if you don't have a demonstrator. I am making a card today using the gorgeous 6" by 6" Thoughtful Journey DSP as each page is more beautiful than the last. These pages are stand alone amazing--all they really need is a sentiment added to make a card, but I thought I'd fancy them up today with some other new products.
