Sophisticated Sled Wreath

I love the natural tones in this card and the cute little bird fussy cut from the Nests of Winter DSP. It is just such a sweet card, that could really be used for any type of card, not just a holiday card. If you watch my

Let's make this card! Gather your supplies:

2.    2. Garden Green cardstock—3 ¾” by 5 ”

3.     3. Basic White cardstock—two pieces 3 5/8” BY 4 7/8”, 2 ½” square to stamp the wreath, ½” by about 3 ½” scrap for the sentiment

4.    4.Nests of Winter DSP—fussy cut out a bird and a separate sprig, green striped piece is 7/8” by 3 ½”

5.    5.Stamp set— Sophisticated Sled, Peaceful Season (inside sentiment)

6.     6. Dies--Sophisticated Sled

7.     7. Ink—Shaded Spruce

8.     8. Dark Cherry Cobbler Blend

9.     9. Natural Tones Linen Thread

10    10.  Snowflake Sky 3D Embossing Folder

11    11.  Pecan Pie & Clear Ribboned Backed Dots

Run one of the Basic White pieces through the Cut & Emboss machine inside the Snowflake 3D Embossing Folder. Attach that to the Garden Green cardstock and attach to the folded card front.

Stamp the wreath from Sophisticated Sled on the 2 ½” white square in Shaded Spruce ink. Color the berries with your Dark Cherry Cobbler Blend and cut out the wreath with the die. Fussy cut the bird and sprig or pinecone from the Nests of Winter DSP. Attach the bird to the wreath with 1-2 Dimensionals then attach the whole wreath to the card with Dimensionals.

Stamp the sentiment on the ½” scrap and slant cut the ends. Attach it to the green striped Nests of Winter DSP. Tie the Copper Clay Natural Tones Linen Thread in a large bow and attach it to the card (I used Tear ‘N Tape) then attach the sentiment piece with Dimensionals.

Scatter 3 (1 large and 2 small or 1 small and 2 large) of the Pecan Pie Ribboned Adhesive Backed Dots around your card.

For the inside, stamp the sentiment from Peaceful Season in Shaded Spruce and attach a sprig fussy cut from the Nests of Winter DSP (same one that you cut the little birds from). Attach that to the inside of the card.
