Sneak Peek of the Florals in Bloom Suite

Who is ready for some gorgeous new In Colors and upcoming products from the 2025 Annual Catalog? Me! Me! I was able to see and order some of the new products as I attended our yearly Stampin' Up! convention last weekend in Raleigh NC. These products are from the new mega-suite Florals in Bloom that is featured on the front cover of the new catalog. This suite includes 2 bundles: Pretty Florals has 2-3 step florals and dies that you can also put together to make other flowers, and the Sweet Blooms bundle that includes word dies ("bloom" and "lovely").  There is also yummy floral paper with cute back sides (see one in the background above) and new Flat Pearls in all the new In Colors. You will have such fun playing with all the parts of this suite.

If you want to see more sneak peeks of new products, watch my video below.

Let's make this card! Gather your supplies:

1. Darling Duckling cardstock --Card base 8 1/2" by 5 1/2" scored at 4 1/4" and folded in half on the score line.
2. Florals in Bloom DSP--3 1/2" by 3 1/2" square
3. Granny Apple Green cardstock--4 3/4" by 3"
4.Basic White cardstock--3 3/4" by 5". A piece to cut out the larger word "bloom" and a 1/2" scrap piece of Basic White
5. Strawberry Slush cardstock--to cut out the smaller "bloom"
6. Stamp sets--Pretty Florals and Sweet Blooms
7. Dies-- Sweet Blooms
8. Ink--Granny Apple Green and Timid Tiger
9. 2025-6 In Color Flat Pearls
10. Basic supplies--Bone folder, Paper Snips, adhesive (I like Multipurpose Glue and Seal+), Paper Trimmer, Stamp, Cut and Emboss Machine, Take Your Pick Tool,  Piercing Mat or Glass Mat Studio, Regular and Mini Dimensionals, Adhesive Sheets.

Start by cutting the 3 1/2" DSP square. From the left, in order, cut 1/2", 3/4", 1" and 1 1/4" strips of DSP. Attach them to the piece of Granny Apple Green and then attach that to the card using a bunch of Dimensionals.

Attach a piece of Adhesive Sheet to the Strawberry Slush piece of cardstock and cut out the smaller/thinner "bloom". Don't forget to die cut on the cardstock side (not how I did at first on my Facebook Live :)). Peel off the backing and attach this to the white/fatter "bloom". Attach this to the card using Mini Dimensionals. If you haven't used Adhesive Sheets before they are fabulous to use with word dies--watch below to see how to use them.

Stamp the rest of the sentiment on the 1/2" piece of Basic White, slant cut the edges and attach using Dimensionals. I used 1 large and 1 small (there are 3 sizes) Timid Tiger 2025-6 In Color Flat Pearls to the bottom right of the card.

For the inside, I used the Pretty Florals stamp set. Stamp the single stem in Granny Apple Green on the 3 3/4" by 5" piece of Basic White. Then use the more filled in stamp first in stamped off (stamp it first on a piece of scrap paper and then on the card without re-inking) Timid Tiger. Stamp the outline in Timid Tiger. Attach to the inside of the card and you are done.

Here is the card with the other card I made first from the same set, just a different DSP. I used Shaded Spruce for the card base. I love this suite and our new In Colors! I can't wait for all of you to get them and start playing. Please let me know if I can help you order anything, or just click on the Robin above to order on your own with me.
