Sneak Peek of Perfectly Pears
This is a sneak peek of the Perfectly Pair bundle and the Painterly Pear Suite of products that debut 7/1/25 as Online Exclusives, which mean you will never find them in a catalog but only online. There are 2 other suites and many other bundles and stamp sets debuting 7/1 so go check them out. The first thing that caught my eye with this suite was the Designer Series Paper--it is so gorgeous. If you want to see everything in this suite, and other upcoming Online Exclusives, check out my Facebook Live video below (or check out and subscribe to my YouTube channel, Stamp with Dr Robin).
If you think I stamped and colored the pear on this card, you would be wrong--I die cut it AND the leaves AND the Petal Pink flowers out of one of the pieces of DSP! To die for!
Let's make this card! Gather your supplies:
1. Old Olive cardstock --Card base 4 1/4"by 8 1/2" scored on the long side at 4 1/4" and folded in half on the score line. Second piece cut with the 4th largest Everyday Arches die.
2. Petal Pink cardstock--cut with the 5th largest Everyday Arches die.
3.Basic White cardstock--4" by 4" piece for the inside and a second cut with the 6th largest Everyday Arches die. A third piece cut with a Stylish Shape die
4. Painterly Pears DSP 4" by 4", die cut out a pear, stem/leaves and 2 of the Petal Pink flowers from the DSP
5. Stamp Set--Perfectly Pears
6. Dies--Perfectly Pears, Everyday Arches, Stylish Shapes
7. Secret Sea 3/8" Faux Linen Ribbon
8. Ink--Mossy Meadow, Petal Pink
9. Low Profile Sparkle Dots
10. Basic supplies--Bone folder, Paper Snips, adhesive (I like Multipurpose Glue and Seal+), Paper Trimmer, Stamp, Cut and Emboss Machine, Take Your Pick Tool, Piercing Mat or Glass Mat Studio, Mini Glue Dots, Regular Dimensionals
Fold your card base in half and attach your DSP to the front.
Attach the 3 Everyday Arches together--Old Olive on the bottom, then Petal Pink then Basic White. Attach them to the card base, making sure that the height of the card stays under 5 1/2" so it will fit in a standard envelope. Here's a look from the side so you can see how it stands with the arches sticking up from the top.
Once you have die cut out the pear from the DSP, attach it to the card using Dimensionals, then attach the stem/leaves and flowers with Multipurpose Glue and slide them under the pear.
Stamp the sentiment in Mossy Meadow on the Stylish Shape die cut and attach to the card with Dimensionals.
Tie a knot in a small piece of the Secret Sea ribbon and slant cut the edges. Attach it to your card using a Mini Glue Dot. Scatter some of the Secret Sea Low Profile Sparkle Dots around the front (I used 2 large and 3 small ones).
For the inside, stamp the flowers in Petal Pink on the Basic White 4" square. Stamp the flower centers in Mossy Meadow.
Here's another picture of this card--it really is letting the DSP do all the work!
